Please join us for the final presentations by students in the fall 2019 Constructed Ecologies research seminar at Autodesk’s Pier 9 Technology Center, Friday December 13, from 9:30-11am.
The Constructed Ecologies seminar explores design of habitats to benefit marine animals along the edges of the San Francisco Bay. These coastal edges have been compromised through human development which excluded and trivialized animal habitats. Can we rethink this hierarchy by integrating coastal infrastructure and marine life in a way that teaches us about the interconnectedness of systems that can ultimately benefit the Bay and its inhabitants?
